OK I am very light skin toned I can look very white but can look tan if i sun bake,I have blue/green eyes and darkes brown hair.I would love to make my eyes stand out like megan fox and that victoria secret model.What would you suggest?What shade of makeup? What shade of brown hair, maybe tint it with a cherry or something?You tell me

i think you should use black covergirl eyeliner, it makes your eyes stand out, and maybe get redish highlights.

Heres what to do:
dip the tip of your eye makeup brush is a black eye shadow. Then apply the sticky-ish black eyeshadow on your lid in the crease of the eyelashes. after that take a shimmery/sparkly brown or tan/beige and put it all over you eye lid after the black has dried.
-ALSO APPLY MASCARA ON YOUR BOTTOM LASHES IT WILL REALLY MAKE YOUR EYES POP.
(oh and use a dark brown mascara/eyeliner because you are fair skinned) :]

If you’re going for something neutral, blue and green really stand out with the following:
Use a red/brown/terracotta colored eyeshadow, and switch to a brown eyeliner rather than black, as that might be a little harsh.
Use a bit of white eyeshadow right at the inner corners of your eyes, as this makes your eyes stand out immediately, and also add dimension to your eyes by putting a touch of a lighter color right on the middle of the ball of your eye, and putting a bit of darker colour in the crease, but blend it out so it’s not too harsh. Only put the darker colour on the outside of your crease, though, and blend it in to about half of your eye.
Curl your eyelashes and use dramatic mascara that makes your lashes look very thick, it may sound basic but both those girls have very thick lashes, or so I think.
Use a bronzer on your cheeks to add a good bout of tan to your skin. Glide it up underneath your cheekbone, and to match, use a lipstick or liptint or some sort of matte lip product that is only one shade lighter or one shade darker than your natural color to keep it looking neutral.

A soft, dark chocolate brown for you will make your eyes stand out. Maybe bring in a picture of Megan Fox to the salon so they can get it right? I’m not a hair dresser, so I don’t know the exact shade/color to suggest.
As for the makeup, neutral tones such as ivory, golds, browns, coppers etc. will make any eye color stand out.
Buy some shimmery browns or golds to make your eyes sparkle, and wear eyeliner on your eyelids and mascara to make them pop even more. If you apply too much mascara on your bottom lashes your eye will look surrounded and less full, so to make them dramatic but not surrounded I do these two things:
-Make little “wings” on the end of your eyeliner on the eyelid to extend your eyes and make your lashes look fuller
-Add a tiny bit of eyeliner to the end of your eyes (toward your ears) on your waterline to make them stand out. It REALLY works
(Don’t forget to curl them eyelashes!!)

(An ivory-ish shimmery color. It’s my all-time favorite, it really makes eye color stand out with some eyeliner.)
They’re each $17 at MAC; I adore them and wear them ALL the time. They last a while, too.
Also apply either bronzer or blush to your upper cheekbones to lift your face and get more attention to your eyes.
