I want to know if there is a special place on the tent where I would put the anchor in….as well as if I could use this anchor with this tent, even though it says its for umbrellas…is there maybe no difference???
Thanks, I would ask my husband, but i’d rather not b/c its for a fun girls beach trip and I want to see if I can handle everything on my own (of course with the help of you folks ;0

I got this tent for our six month old for a beach vacation!
Pro’s
– Good size (can fit three small children in)
– EASY to open and fold.
– Compact.
– tie-backs to keep the doors open.
– UV proctection.
Con’s
– A little too big for what I wanted.
– It would be nice if it came with stakes for beach use. I had to put a bag in the back to keep it open.

We used this recently at the beach for our four-month-old, to keep her out of the sun. She was even able to nap in it. It was not windy at all, so I cannot speak to how well it stays in place in the wind (I imagine not well without tent tacks, which are not included). Our daughter could even get breastfed inside of it, privately. A very good product!

My husband and I live on an island and go to the beach often. We bought this tent for our new 6 week old baby. We LOVE this tent. It sets up in seconds. Just pops right up. Then it closes in a snap. And yes it fits back into the portable bag it comes with. Our tent did come with stakes to anchor it into the beach and it worked great. It was really windy on the beach today and our tent did not fly away. I would recommend this to anyone with a baby who wants to go the beach.

we have been very happy with this tent. the stakes make it so that it doesn’t move even when the wind is blowing pretty hard. it stays fairly cool inside when the window and door are both open and it does a great job shading our baby. i definitely recommend this product!

Bought this for our 1 year old’s first trip to Maui. It worked perfectly. It packs nice and small, sets up very quickly and was just fine in light wind. Contrary to some of the other reviews, mine DID come with tent stakes that worked just fine in beach sand. The interior stayed nice and cool even in mid-day sun. Our child took a nap inside on a couple of occasions. Very good product and a great value. Very happy parents and child.

This is an anchor for an umbrella, and it is not a tent stake. The tent will have holes big enough for a tent stake only and note that the extra long tent stakes are included with the tent. This umbrella anchor will be much larger than a tent stake, so no, it will not fit.
